MOCKKITAAB REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

GENERAL

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all transactions, purchases, and subscriptions undertaken through the website www.mockkitaab.com and the mobile application Mockkitaab (collectively referred to as the “Platform” or “Service”). By purchasing or subscribing to any services or accessing content on the Platform, you expressly agree to the terms set forth herein.

This Policy is in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as amended. Users are encouraged to read this Policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

Mockkitaab provides digital educational services, including but not limited to subscription-based access to mock tests, MCQs, question banks, and other educational modules. All services and content are delivered digitally, either through the Platform or via authorized application interfaces. Users acknowledge that these services are non-tangible digital products.

CANCELLATION OF SUBSCRIPTIONS

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the Platform or application interface. Such cancellation will prevent future auto-renewals; however, subscriptions already active will remain valid until the end of the current billing period, and no retroactive refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription.

Certain subscriptions or services may be offered under limited-time promotional offers or discounted plans. Cancellation of subscriptions acquired under such offers does not entitle the user to any refund, unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS

1. Digital Content and Online Access: Once access credentials or digital content are provided to the user, subscriptions and purchases are generally non-refundable, in accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. This includes access to mock tests, question banks, and other digital learning materials.

2. Technical Failures or Non-Delivery: Refunds may be considered only in cases where there is a demonstrable failure by Mockkitaab to deliver the purchased services, including inability to provide access to the Platform or purchased digital content.

Users must notify Mockkitaab within seven (7) calendar days of the purchase of any such issue. Upon verification, Mockkitaab may provide access to the purchased content or, at its sole discretion, issue a pro-rated refund if the content or services cannot be delivered.

3. Partial Refunds: Partial refunds for partially used subscriptions may be granted at the sole discretion of Mockkitaab, depending upon the subscription usage, remaining period, and accessibility of services. Refunds will not be granted if the user has already accessed a substantial portion of the purchased content or services.

PROCEDURE FOR REQUESTING REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS

All requests for cancellations or refunds must be submitted in writing via email to support@mockkitaab.com or to the designated Grievance Officer at support@mockkitaab.com. The request must include:

  • Subscription or order identification number
  • Registered email address or mobile number
  • A clear description of the issue or reason for cancellation/refund

Mockkitaab shall acknowledge receipt of such requests within forty-eight (48) hours and endeavor to resolve the matter within fourteen (14) business days. Refunds, if approved, shall be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services and purchases are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Digital content or subscription services after login credentials have been issued or content has been accessed
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions offered for limited durations
  • Services already consumed by the user
  • Downloaded content or streamed services

Users are urged to review all product details before completing a purchase to ensure understanding of the non-refundable nature of digital products.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute or complaint regarding refunds or cancellations, users are encouraged to first approach Mockkitaab through the Grievance Redressal Mechanism outlined herein. If the dispute is not resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kangra District of Himachal Pradesh City, in accordance with applicable Indian law.

This Policy shall be interpreted in conjunction with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of Mockkitaab. In case of any inconsistency, the Terms of Service shall prevail to the extent permissible under law.

Consumer Rights Disclaimer

Nothing in this Policy shall limit or restrict your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other applicable law. Users retain the right to seek remedies through consumer fora, statutory authorities, or other legal channels notwithstanding the provisions of this Policy.
